I'm not really sure how I can measure my knowledge and skills versus the rest of the world, so I'll give you an overview of how I judge myself. For example: I feel very confident with Windows Server, so I'll judge my knowledge at expert level. I'm not configuring Cisco ISR's that much, so that bar will be shorter. I believe this makes sense and gives you a good idea about my capabilities.
